This fantastic new product will improve the functionality of any clay chimenea or fire bowl. Place the chimenea or fire bowl on the middle ring, and now you can cook easilly, experience a better view of the fire and better heat distribution, thus making the whole experience more enjoyable.

The Gardeco clay chimenea cradle is designed to hold large and medium clay chimeneas or fire bowl up to 45cm diameter. Simply lift the chimenea and place it in the middle ring. The two side tables are positioned to give easy access to food or utensils and make cooking and barbecuing easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, the height of your chimenea will make it more of a focus, easier to tend, to add wood logs and the heat will be better distributed. The fire in the chimenea will be more visible, particularly from a seated position.

Made of powder coated steel frame with steel side tables, the Gardeco chimenea cradle is easy to assemble, stable and strong.

Fits all extra-large Gardeco Mexican Chimeneas and fire bowls.

Although the Gardeco cradle may fit other brands of large and medium clay chimeneas, Gardeco only test the cradle on their own chimeneas, and can therefore offer no guarantees to the safe use of non Gardeco products.

Do not tighten fixings before all nuts, bolts and washers are in position

To avoid damaging the painted surface of the tables, we recommend the cradle assembly be done on carpet or similar soft surface – hint: cover a table with a piece of carpet or blanket.

16 pcs 6mm dia dome (Top Ring: 8pcs and Bottom Ring: 8pcs)
24 pcs flat and spring lock washers.

Assembly Procedure
1. Layout and identify all the components. It is recommended assembling the cradle upside down.
2. Place the two Side tables upside down on a covered flat surface.
3. Attach the fours legs to the two Side tables using the 4 pcs 15mm x 6mm hex bolts and secure with washers and nuts.
4. Bring the Side tables to approximately the correct distance apart and attach the Top ring and Bottom ring – insert the 22mm x 6mm dia bolts so they point outward and not inwards and secure with the 6mm dome nuts and washers.
5. Attach the two Table braces, using the 22mm x 6mm bolts for the Tables, and the 15mm x 6mm dia bolts to attach the Braces to the Top ring – the Table braces must be attached correctly.
6. Check all parts are assembled in the correct position, then tighten all fixings and turn the assembled Cradle to an upright position. Adjust the height of the feet as necessary to stop the cradle from wobbling.





This is how the cradle will look when using a Gardeco C21 size Azteca Mexican chimenea. Make sure the chimenea sits vertically in the top ring of the cradle.

IMPORTANT SAFETY ADVICE
- For outdoor use only.
- The Cradle is specifically designed for Gardeco products and is not guaranteed usable with products from other manufacturers.
- A burning chimenea is very hot - DANGER OF BURN INJURY- Do not touch the surface of the chimenea bowl.
- Place the Cradle on a hard flat surface where it will not be knocked over.
- Keep children and pets away from the Cradle - IT IS NOT A TOY.
- DO NOT load one side table with heavy plates or bottles – OVERLOADING WILL MAKE THE CRADLE TIP OVER – MAX LOAD 3 KG PER TABLE.
- If the chimenea does not sit in the Cradle without rocking, check the nuts are outside the top ring.
- Observe all safety warnings regarding use of a chimenea.

Care £ Maintenance
The cradle requires minimum maintenance except for an occasional wipe with a damp cloth. Clean the table tops with a damp cloth after use to remove any food debris.

Although painted with corrosion resistant powder coat, the chimenea cradle may become chipped or corroded in use – this does not reduce fitness for purpose. It may be repainted with good quality metal paint.

Do not leave outside in the rain, protect from weather with a Gardeco Cradle Cover and bring inside for the winter.
